Sam Chavers has practiced law for more than thirty-eight years.  At eighteen, Sam enlisted in the Marine Corps as a private and later served during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm as a Captain.  A Florida native, Sam graduated from Stetson University and Stetson University College of Law.  Sam has served as Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Chief Trial Counsel for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, Assistant General Counsel for the State of Florida, Partner of the Chavers & Guhl law firm, and Assistant District Attorney for Oklahoma County.  He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Florida, Washington D.C., before the United States Supreme Court, and various U.S. District Courts.  Sam has tried over one hundred trials.
