Petit Larceny
Larceny is the taking of personal property accomplished by fraud or stealth, and with intent to deprive another thereof. Larceny can also occur when a person, who finds lost property, and knows the identity of the true owner, does not make a good faith effort to return to the property. Petit Larceny is any larceny that is not defined as grand larceny—meaning any taking that is under $1,000 and not taken off the person of another. If you or a loved one is facing Larceny charges in Oklahoma, you need to retain an experienced criminal defense lawyer.
