Confidentiality & Honesty:
everything you say to our team is strictly confidential. We will never share privileged information without your permission. You will always know the truth about your case, even hard truths. We require full disclosure about your background in order to prepare for the worst and strive for the best.
Phone policy:
We will return all phone calls within 48 hours unless it concerns an issue in our firm’s emergency policy. All calls and appointment scheduling is handled by our paralegal.
Attorney communication:
All phone calls with our attorneys or office appointments will be scheduled with our paralegal. This saves you wasted time, if your attorney is unavailable and allows your attorney to be prepared for your meeting and give you their full attention.
Billing:
Clients are billed at a minimum of one a month. All invoices will be provided to clients by e-mail. Clients will be notified by email if a trust payment or outstanding balance is due. All payments made by made through the secure portal in your invoice or the “make a payment” page on our website. Every invoice/charge includes a details of the work performed.

Call or e-mail our office any time with your questions or to get an update on the status of your case. You will receive a case status update every 60 days in addition to regular communication from our office.
Our team meets every week to evaluate case strategy for every matter. This is billable time; however, it is of great help to our team and your case.
Following through on requests from our team will help move your case forward.
