Damon Freeman is a Fierce Advocate with Cannon & Associates, and his practice includes criminal defense, administrative law, asset forfeiture, and more. Damon takes the time to truly listen to his clients and examine all aspects of a case, ensuring that each client achieves the optimal outcome. Damon believes that only a well-informed lawyer, AND a well-informed client can choose the best path forward in a case.

Damon began his career in the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting felony domestic violence cases. Realizing his passion lay in criminal defense, he switched sides to the Public Defender’s Office before going into business as a solo practitioner. Damon has defended clients in over 40 counties in Oklahoma, including multiple victories at jury trials.
