Rachel KlubeckYour Fierce Advocate® in Criminal Defense

Rachel Klubeck grew up in Norman, OK, and received her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2015. While attending OU College of Law, Rachel made the Dean’s Honor Roll and earned her certification from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Division of Pediatrics in Child Abuse & Neglect. ‍Rachel interned for the Oklahoma County District Attorney in the Special Victim’s Unit in 2015, and then for the State of Nevada’s top family law firm, Kainen Law Group, PLLC, in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2016.

Upon passing the bar and the passage of SQ788 in 2018, Rachel launched her own law firm, representing hundreds of cannabis clients across the state. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

In 2019, Rachel received the NextGen Under 30 award for her achievements in the legal field. In 2020, Rachel became one of the youngest attorneys to be published in the Oklahoma Bar Journal. In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Rachel was awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star – a distinction only 2.5% of Oklahoma attorneys accomplish.

Rachel presently lives in Oklahoma City with her son, Jude, and their great dane, King.
